Ms. Hausmann is an experienced consultant, with a proven track record of helping her clients design and implement effective customer interaction strategies, business improvement projects, organizational change management initiatives, and training programs.
During her career, she has served clients in a range of industries including financial services, insurance, technology, telecommunications, and healthcare.

Lesley currently serves on the Board of the Lexington Education Foundation in Lexington, Massachusetts, where she leads their communication strategy and oversees a team focused on multi-channel communications. She also designed the Board’s new organizational structure. Lesley received her MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, and a BS from the University of Pennsylvania.
